Anti-Phishing season has begun

Anti-Phishing season has begun
By Tines • Issue #11 • View online
Unfortunately phishing remains one of the most common types of attacks, mainly because it is still so effective. This month we want to share some of ways that Tines can help you to tackle these threats.

Phish.ly Email Scanning
Phish.ly combines our security automation platform with the world’s most popular URL intelligence tool, urlscan, to automatically analyse suspicious emails for free. Just forward the email to scan@phish.ly, Tines will analyze the URLs with urlscan and send you a report.
Pre-built Anti-Phishing Action Templates
Tines itself has templates for hundreds of common actions performed by security teams, including many focused on anti-phishing.
You can quickly assemble automations that work with your specific combination of tools and the always-free Tines Community Edition has all of those templates built-in.
Anti-Phishing Open Source Projects We Sponsor
We encourage you to make use of these fantastic community tools, some of which you can build into your Tines automations.
  • Phish.Report - Report phishing sites and get them taken down
  • Phishstats.info - Gathering, enhancing and sharing phishing information with the infosec community
  • Mitaka - A browser extension to make OSINT search easy
  • Intel Owl - Analyze files, domains and IPs via a single API
